AUTHORIZATION/TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE
A) Applicant authorizes 'Solarlift' to make whatever credit inquires it deems necessary in connection with this credit application or in the course of review or collection of any credit extended in reliance on this application. Applicant further authorizes and instructs any person or credit-reporting agency to compile and furnish 'Solarlift' any information it may possess or obtain in response to such credit inquiries.
B) Applicant represents and warrants that the information contained within this application given for the use of obtaining credit is true and correct.
C) Applicant agrees to pay all invoices upon receipt of same in the number of days stated on the terms of said invoices. Applicant understands that all balances are due in the terms outline on our invoice. Our invoices will be faxed to you.
D) Applicant hereby agrees to pay all sums due to 'Solarlift' including 2% late charges, collection fees or attorney fees necessary to collect said balances.
E) The Applicant warrants that the above agreement has been carefully read and understood; in the case of a Corporation or Partnership. The authorized applicant represents that he or she has authority to enter into this credit agreement on behalf of said Corporation or Partnership.
